Apartment for 4-6 people located on the ground floor of a four-storey building. It has one bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with bunk-bed, kitchen, bathroom and big terrace. Large garden and communal pool with slides. Beach at 450m. Family atmosphere. The apartment has two double bedrooms and there is a sofa-bed in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with fridge with freezer, microwave, cutlery, dishes, cooking utensils as well as a washing machine.

    We have enjoyed the pool quite a bit, being on the ground floor, it was very convenient to get in and out with the children.The area is full of coves, one nicer than the other that you can visit. A great vacation.

    This is a very basic and well-distributed apartment. It was the first week in September and it was very easy to park in the street near the apartment. The area is very quiet.It is far from the beach (900 meters according to Google maps and 450 meters according to the listing), so to go to Estartit beach we were going by car.The apartment is managed by a real estate store and they respond quickly on WhatsApp, but it's not the same as a superhost. The main problem is that you have to go to the real estate to pick up the keys and leave them and it is a 15-minute walk from the apartment.The WiFi is communal and works fatal.However, I recommend it if you're looking for something cheap and functional.

    Well-located apartment. Quite nice. But the agency does not respond to emails, you have to travel to the office. To then have an evasive response, if you want information. Small inconvenience there is TV in the description but there is only reception of local channels!

    The apartment is fine, although some things would have to be renovated (dishes, cutlery... furniture). It would be worth having some fans. The community is well and the pool is great. Close to a little super and a 10 minute walk from the beach. It's not far from downtown.
