Have a good stay in Barcelona, in a very central place! Communication with the host was very good.

Think of a neat spot! The apartment is in a great location and has allowed us to enjoy our stay in Barcelona even more! Just 2 minutes from the subway, you are very well located and have easy access to any tourist spot in the city. We were able to walk to P. de Gràcia and we were gifted by the beauty of the Sagrada Familia every day, it really is that close. The place has several services around (market, restaurants, fast food) and a sweet boulevard right in front of it. It was also very easy to use taxi. For those who’s are making plans, we didn't spend more than € 7 for the more distant places we used that service (except for the airport of course. To which I have to point that Matteo was gentle enough to arrange the taxi to pick up us early in the morning for our departure and the coach was there right on time). We were allowed to leave our suitcases at the apartment as soon as we arrived (even before the check in time) which was very convenient, and we were able to start our adventures right away! The host was easy to communicate and gave us all the info and tips we needed. The apartment is simple but well equipped, which guaranteed a pleasant stay. I recommend.

First we were charged a deposit of 150€ that was not mentioned in the listing when we made the reservation not to mention that they increased the tourist fee when we arrived at the apartment charging us 3.30€/person/night, when at the time of booking it was only 2.40€/person/night, however much the fees may increase the amount charged should be the one that is in force at the time of booking. Regarding the house, the bathroom is tiny and there is almost no one person inside, I had never seen anything like it, they should be more aware of what they offer in a house considered for 4 people, the kitchen is also super small which made us eat almost always on the street because there were only 2 people in the countryside cooking.The kitchen utensils and the stove upon our arrival were dirty, looking like no one had gone there to clean the house. One of the rooms has no window and is also quite small which can cause some inconvenience. In general, I do not consider a good house, considering the amount charged, and it is only valid for the location.
