Great apartment, location, amenities. I would definitely come back

Any concerns that arose, were resolved immediately, very cordial treatment. The apartment is very bright. I recommend it!

Stayed here for 80 days from December 2022 to March 2023. Really loved the place! It’s right next to the Sagrada Familia and the balcony is just the right place to stand and take in the view. The area is quite busy, so bring earplugs, but the couch is comfy and kitchen is definitely workable. The metro is directly next door so walking and transport are incredibly easy. Just sad I left!

Excellent location, very close to the meters, supermarkets and playgrounds, it has a privileged view of "Sagrada Familia". The people who took care of us were very friendly and attentive at all times. Recommended!

Amazing location! and beautiful apartment. The apartment is clean and modern. The bedroom is spacious and has big window. The smaller room can get a bit congested at night but still okay for sleeping. There is a very good flow of air when windows are open so you don't need Air conditioning most of the time. In the evenings, when the sun is directed at the windows, we used the air-conditioning and it works just perfect!Kitchen: has all the necesseties including oven, microwave and coffee machine. A bit narrow but big enough to comfortably cook.Bathroom: a bit small. Specially the shower is very small. If you are big, be sure to check if it works for you.Location: Very central. Right next to Sagrada Familia. You can ride a bicycle to the city center in 10 minutes. Similarly you can reach the beach in 10 minutes by bike. We rented Donkey Republic for a month. Metro station is also 1 minute walk away and you can reach everywhere within 5-10 minutes.Noise: if you keep the window open, it can be a bitnoisy at night. Other option is to close the window and turn the AC on. We preferred the fresh ar and it was fine by opening the window.Electricity: We used AC 2-3 hours a day. We ended up using 77kwh in a month. So what they offer is more than enough.Wifi: Generally good. We had slow internet from time to time, since we were working 8 hours a day. So keep a backup in case you want to work here. Generally staff was quick to react to such problems but I guess it was just not in their hand.Staff: Very friendly and quick to react to any complaints. We are very happy with the staff.Overall, good value for money. Recommended!

We stayed in this apartment for three months and we loved our stay. We felt at home. The apartment is comfortable and very well equipped. The location is excellent and we can't say enough about the view! The hosts are very helpful and proactive. The only inconvenience is that the building is noisy and can be disturbing sometimes.

My friend and I spent two months at this apartment, and our stay couldn't have been better! First, the apartment is very clean and in a great place. Although there is a lot of activity during the day, the area is much quieter after midnight because the restaurants close at that time. So, it was very easy to sleep at night. And not to mention that the view of the Sagrada Família was magnificent! But, apart from the cleanliness and location of the apartment, my favorite part of the stay was the communication between the owners and me. I mean, it was very easy to get in touch with the owners if there was an issue with the apartment. For example, I had a leak in my bathroom and sent the owners a message about it. Someone sent me to resolve the issue and it was fixed within a day. Anything my friend and I needed was very helpful. I will recommend this apartment 100%!

Excellent location! In front of the subway with 2 lines that go to the entire city. If you are going to stay at home for a long time, the sound from the outside can be a bit of a nuisance as it is a tourist area. The apartment is very ventilated and has good air conditioning. Living room and bedroom are perfect spaces, with good ventilation, lighting and size. Super-equipped kitchen and meets basic needs. Small bathroom, but also meets the basics. The has space for 5 people to sleep comfortably. Perfect communication via whats app.

Very good stay that I would definitely do again. The location is perfect, the view from the balcony is beautiful and you can't hear almost noise at night. A nice, nice, clean and comfortable place to rest and work. It has everything you need to have a good time. In addition, communication with the manager is quite good, concerns are answered quickly. My only suggestion is to improve the wifi connection, it usually fails during the day, but it's also not that serious. I highly recommend it. Thank you very much 🙌🏻

A lovely apartment which includes everything you need during a long term stay. The location and views from the balcony were unbeatable! The quick Wi-Fi was also a bonus if you need to WFH. A great visit!

Great location, apartment exactly as advertised, check in and out really good. Could not be closer to metro, shops and sights!

What was on the picture of the apartment we booked wasn’t the same as what we got. The shower area was really small and the drainage wasn’t clean when we checked in. The view was really great though. You have a great view of the Sagrada Familia and the area is safe.

Very good for people visiting Barcelona and willing to stay in a central location. In front of the metro and Sagrada Família. A bit noisy (as any touristic street in Barcelona), so if you are going for work for example, expect music and lots of noise during the day.

Location is amazing!!! I like to be in the middle of action so if you are like me this is the place. You need to climb few steps about 10 to get to the elevator.But overall was a great great experience. The location is really nice for a short stay. It’s right next to Sagrada Familia and connects to tons of metro lines. If we didn’t feel like venturing far there were very touristy restaurants near by and always felt safe in this neighborhood. The view is incredible and the photos don’t do it justice. However that comes with a bit noisy street at night time when trying to sleep. For longer stays like ours just note that the furniture is just ok and it could use some black out curtains for when you adjust to the Spainish lifestyle. Kitchen is small and just has enough room for easy meals (we made a lot of pasta). The owners are very friendly, responsive and organized. They even offered to order us a taxi which was very nice. I would stay again but if I was doing a longer stay again (6+ weeks) we would stay in a quieter and less tourist neighborhood.

The location is unbeatable, although given the location the noise is high and uncomfortable, although I was aware the bathroom is extremely small, there are too many steps when entering the apartment and sometimes other customers leave the elevator open, so that hurts the stay since I stay with my disabled father. As for the equipment in general (chairs, carpets, utensils, sheets and towels, etc.) it is all of VERY low quality and that you can see.... in Barcelona with little money you can buy better things.The staff is spectacular, attentive and friendly, resolute. I would stay again but being aware of what they offer.

Very high price not aligned with the state of the apartment.An half months without air conditioning, no aspirator to clean, no good ventilation in the bathroom so that's smelling humidity very often, shower very short. We didn't found either one sponge, cleaning products or something basic to conserve the apartment clean.Works was performed during our stay to solvent the problem with the air conditioning, the workers left the apartment very dirty and we must cleaned that by ourselves.The communication with the team in charge and the location was very good. But appart that the price is not justified for the service that we found.In addition news rules was imposed in the moment of the check-in : - Deposit to be pay at the moment of the check-in 300€ that we retake after checkout, but it was not a condition fixed from the beginning.- Extra feeds if the electricity consume exceeded a limited amount, that was not clear explained when we booked or after.Regards Johan

For the 3 and a half months of accommodation, it was too expensive.The place is very noisyWhen we arrived, the apartment was dirty, smells bad, stained pillows, and a unwinding broom. For reasons of force majeure, we requested the cancellation and suspension of the accommodation. The Airbnb company gave us the solution, but the company that owned the apartment only ensured its own interests and gave us no solution to our request.

Good apartment for a few days, as the bed is very uncomfortable and the sector is very noisy, the bathroom is small and has the basics for the stay.
