We loved staying in this apartment, we had nice memories of Barcelona, including the nice apartment, the excellent location close to everything, restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, market and train station. All just steps from the flat. We recommend this apartment and next time we return to Barcelona we would love staying here again.

We had a great and comfortable time. Above all, it's very central and the situation is fantastic. Just leaving the apartment I saw the majesty of the Sagrada Família. The host was attentive.

We had a pleasant stay. the place The apartment was clean and the staff pleasant and accommodating. Could use some new furniture, the couch was a total disaster. The shower is very small, not recommended for broad shoulders. We got the top floor unit, but if you are not as lucky, don't expect much privacy from the neighbors in the next building

It’s a very serviceable apartment in a convenient location. Easy to get anywhere you’d want to go. I did not stay in the pictured apartment. However I was able to check in early which was helpful. Clean.

Cozy, clean apartments in good condition, equipped with everything you need for your stay, from air conditioning/TV to a hairdryer. Perhaps the only thing I was missing was a vacuum cleaner. It should be noted that this announcement covers an entire building with apartments for rent, so you can live on any floor from the first to the ninth - the higher the better.Due to the layout of the building itself, a number of elements inside are pretty small - first of all, the elevator, the kitchen (it looks like it occupies three square meters maximum) and the bathroom (an oversized person may have real problems with fitting yourself in a shower stall). But the main feature here is the location. Being on a busy tourist street with dozens of restaurants and only 100 meters from the Sagrada Família is worth a lot. I can for sure recommend these apartments for tourists. In this meaning, they are nearly perfect.

It was a really good month 👍🏽, the flat is welcoming and the main strength is the localisation (20 sec from La Sagrada). But keep in mind that some flats (like ours) don’t have the view on La Sagrada but on the other side.

The flat has an amazing location!

the host was welcoming, the apartment is very well located, next to the sagrada familia. Only problem, the apartment is touristy and often noisy at night and early in the morning, the walls are not at all thick. The bathroom is really small and the shower too. Correct and appreciable stay.

The estate is in an excellent location, only when you leave you can see the Sagrada Familia. The delivery of the keys was delayed by 1 hour from the agreed time. The floor is very clean and tidy, it is somewhat old, the rooms and kitchen are great but the bathroom is extremely tiny. The cistern was not working well, the owner had to send a plumber a couple of times to a plumber. There was also a leak from the upstairs that fell into the kitchen. Generally speaking, it is an acceptable apartment without too many amenities in a very good area

The apartment is cozy, the spacious room, the kitchen is well equipped, the building is quiet, the only thing is that the bathroom space is very very small, a very central place with access roads to the metro and the building is located on a pedestrian road where the cars park on the corner.

Nice apartment, but no natural light comes in. If you're sensitive to noise, there's a restaurant underneath that has a 24/7 fridge on with a particularly annoying and constant noise.

The highlight of this apartment is its location, close to the Sagrada familia and close to metro and bus stations. The apartment we had wasn't as good as it appeared in the photos. It's an old apartment that's worth renovating, the furniture and doors had holes, and the paint was peeling. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and hob, fridge and freezer as well as a washing machine, teapot and coffee maker. It is small in size so there are very few storage spaces for food. It is also poorly ventilated and in summer with the heat of the oven or cooking hobs the temperature rises quickly. The bathroom is okay, there is also missing storage, there is only a small board to drop off belongings. The living room is very bright although all the windows overlook indoor courtyards. The couch we had was in poor condition, the cousins were not holding in place, and the very material on the couch was unbeatable, which put black ribs on our clothes and on the floor. TV has channels in Spanish, Catalan, English; Italian and French. The wifi works well. The bedroom is the most beautiful room in the apartment, the bed is comfortable. There is a large clothing cabinet and a balcony that overlooks an inner courtyard and also offers views of Barcelona with the sea on the horizon as well as a small glimpse of the summit of the Sagrada Familia towers. The balcony is narrow, just big enough to put a small table and two chairs in. Its access is also narrow... to specify that I am a feather weight only 1 m 65 . Access could be complicated or impossible for a person with a person who has the noise. It should also be noted that it is impossible to add another chair (the passage is too narrow) for those who book the apartment for 3  people. It has a stretcher. The second bedroom is smaller, it has a dresser. Negative point, the window overlooks the elevator cage so almost no light fits in. In summer it is very hot in the apartment, air conditioning is essential. There is also a fan available in the bedroom, very useful for scorching nights since the air conditioning is positioned in the living room and although the doors remain open it is not enough to cool the temperature in the other rooms.Despite everything, we had a nice stay as a couple in this apartment during the month of August, the beach is about 30 minutes by bus or metro, there are plenty of shops nearby as well as restaurants or bars. Airbnb staff are available and responsive quickly by message.Despite the heavily crowded street due to proximity to the Sagrada, once in the apartment we could no longer hear noise except some neighbors.

Thanks very much to Mateo from the managing office for his quick responses. We stayed about 3 days short of a full month at this property. The location was very centric, with restaurants and cafe's right out the door. Trains are only half-a-block away and you are only a train ride away from everything in Barcelona. The apartment is comfortable, but it did not pass our initial inspection of cleanliness, specially the bathroom. In fact, the first day we bought disinfecting items and performed a deep clean of the bathroom (even the tiles and shower floor) and the kitchen, too. I don't know about AIRNB profits, but the apartment is in dire need of updating. The mattress was very hard. Linens, towels and pillows need a change. The apartment needs a full rehab. Although we did not incur additional electricity charges, we were surprised by the owner's policy to charge additional if the electricity would exceed 300kw for our stay. I've never had that my other stays and it was not advertised.

Fantastic location. Unbeatable in that sense. The apartment is cozy, but small, no for more than two people. In this sense, the most problematic thing is the kitchen where it is very difficult to maneuver. As for the building, it's like a hotel, I've been there for two and a half months and it doesn't seem like the right place. Especially since it was surrounded by people who came to spend a few days who cared little about the noise they could make (or where the smell came of what they could smoke). The acoustics of the building, the courtyard of light and the block do not help and can be desperate. In this sense, my message is more addressed to visitors: RESPECT the PEOPLE WHO LIVE and SLEEP IN the CITY. This is a city, not your personal bar. For example, don't put yourself in the balcony to speak loudly at twelve, one or two in the morning, because there are people who live, work, and need to sleep. Do not do what you would ever do in your city or your home, or that you would not dare to do to your neighbors. Don't make the place you want to visit a spotless. Mateo has been very correct, very attentive and with commendable diligence and kindness.
