The apartment is just as it appears, it has everything you need. Great location, close to the beach and close to downtown.

Strategic location, due to its proximity to L'Estartit public parking, the beach, the port, the village center and the commercial area and easy to communicate with the main roads. However, it is a noisy area, day and night.The flat is simple but offers the necessary necessary to have a relatively comfortable stay. The level of cleanliness was satisfactory, we always used to do a cleaning upon arrival and we were able to see that the surfaces were recently reviewed. However, it would need a more thorough cleaning that removes stains, sticks and stocked tartar in areas such as sink, kitchen and doors, which would make it much more presentable and pleasant.I asked my host if I could ventilate the place before our arrival and they did, which we really appreciated.I would like to suggest that the cleanliness and maintenance of common areas be improved. The condition of the entrance, the stairs and terrace was very left and unpleasant.

The floor is as in the pictures but the terrace is 2 floors higher. the floor only has a balcony. the street is VERY noisy.

The positive points: apartment in the city center close to the port and the beach, cleaning done on arrival, very clean bed linen and towels, simple but functional apartment with the essentials (the fridge, the washing machine, the microwave, the two electric hotplates, the TV I didn't use). There are enough cooking utensils even if the pans are starting to get older. A beautiful walk-in shower and a large bathroom. Very good communication with the agency.The downside: the biggest thing I didn't like at all is the terrace that's highlighted on the listing. It does exist and matches the photo, but it is not specified that it is on the roof and so you have to climb two floors to access it. So to eat on the terrace you have to transport everything by the stairs on two floors. I didn't use it once. It's definitely deception, it should be specified in the listing. Other negative points: no coffee maker (however in the photo), no kettle, no toaster (yet in the description). It's not dramatic, but once again, it's not what was promised. The mattresses are probably new but cheap, so you'll feel the springs. The apartment overlooks the fairly busy and narrow streets, so a lot of noise, including garbage trucks that pass around 2 in the morning. There are a lot of mosquitoes as well.All this does not prevent you from having a good stay if you are not too attentive and rent the apartment knowingly, including the purpose of this assessment.
