Very simple apartment, minimal equipment, minimal decor. Close to the center and the beach (10 minutes walk), easy and very pleasant access to the private pool, rather hot pool with small pool for small children, small sea view from the great balcony.

Had a wonderful 2 weeks with our family. Nice pool, had a nice holiday.

I found the apartment very functional, but the living room was small in view of the photos.

Apart from a few details of noise and parking difficult to access with a large car, the rest was very good. The functional and very clean apartment, the swimming pool very pleasant, the person in charge is very friendly. The apartment is a little further away, 1 km from the beach.Bedding to review for a couple, the 2 single mattresses separate …Same, in the living room a simple mattress is too thin and very low density. You can smell the box spring.Mini comfort but enough to have a good holiday, especially with the pool!

In relation to the price it has, it does not reach 800€ 7 days, I recommend it. Great pool. Beach 1 km away. Beds well and sofa bed acceptable. I look for a small fridge but we asked for another additional one and there was no problem. Very fair kitchenware. Closets bad, one could not open.

Nice complex to spend a few days!700 meters from the beach, with parking (difficult to accommodate the car when it is full and you have a large but essential car for this city as there was not much place on the streets)The pool is spectacular for when there is a lot of wind on the beach.Arriving the apartment had some problems but Niko reacted very quickly to fix them. I think the value for money is fine! (We pay 60 Euros a night more or less) I recommend it for a small family or couple without hesitation!!

The apartment and the amenities were okay, from time to time the neighbors were very noisy, as the walls are not well insulated. Otherwise, the host was kind and quick to respond to our local requests.

It does not have internet just paying for the mobile phone. Nico is very efficient and a performance resolved all problems quickly

The apartment is spacious and is fully equipped.The furniture are dated but still satisfy. The beds are fine and neatly made at the arrival. We had some criticism about the cleanliness / cleaning, but we may also be spoiled in this and it was certainly not a dirty gang!The location is well located in the vicinity of the beach and the center of Estartit is also easily accessible on foot via the boulevard. Supermarket, bakery etc. can all be found close by.The pool is a welcome addition to be able to swim in fresh water in addition to the sea. The people / residents of the complex are very friendly.The parking garage is also a big plus, your car is not only cool but also safe.In short, given the price definitely recommended!
