Apartment with a terrace only 150m from the beach. Located in the center of Estartit, on the third floor of a building with only three neighbors. Fully equipped and furnished, the floor is distributed in one bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. Upstairs, there is a sun terrace overlooking the beach. Thanks to its characteristics, this apartment is ideal for a couple with two children. In this building we have two more apartments. Beach at 200metres.

Appartement agréable dans le centre-ville proche de la plage, toutes commodités accessibles à pied. Arrivée dans la rue un peu complexe pour décharger la voiture, il faut ensuite aller se garer sur le parking de la plage (gratuit)

Загалом, умови пристойні, якщо тільки ночувати в квартирі. Але ж багато недоліків, які не так важко виправити власнику!

Ідеальне розташування, поблизу зупинки та супермаркету. Дуже гарний район та місцевість)
