This flat on the 6th floor is in an ordinary block of flats and not in a tourist area. We felt safe all the time. It actually has a lovely view all the way to the sea. There are lots of good buss connections to all of Barcelona and the Metro is only 10. minutes walk away. Lots of restaurants near you. The flat is as described. No problem getting comfortable on the sofa to watch Netflix. The double be in the main bedroom is comfy and the bathroom i large. The flat has lots of storage room. The small bedroom has an extra foldable bed and we had guests for 2 weekends of our 3 month stay. This bedroom has it's own bathroom. Finally one of the sofas in the sitting room is a double bed. This is good when it is hot as there is no airconditioning in the small bedroom, only in the double bedroom and sitting room. The kitchen is well equiped (even better after we've been there) and a new oven was installed while we were there. The host is quick in replying and sorting things out.
Отличная квартира. Удобное распололение, поблизости есть все. Магазины, кафе, рестораны. хорошая транспортная развязка. В квартире все есть, единственный минус ванная комната (требует некоторые ремонтных работ).

My husband and I stayed here for two months, and we loved it! It looks exactly as it does in the photos, and the building was clean, safe, friendly etc. The location was great as you’re very close to the diagonal and a lovely ten minute walk to the subway. Would recommend!

Excelente departamento, muy buena ubicación, nos quedamos por 3 meses y fue como nuestro hogar, vida de barrio, con todos los servicios cerca restaurantes, bares, supermercados), transporte muy accesible, a 5-6 cuadras del metro, buses en la misma calle que llevan a todo barcelona, tranvía a 2 cuadras, barrio muy tranquilo y sin ruido, ideal para familias o largas estadías.

Great stay!
Apartment was in a good location close to many things. Illa was very quick to answer any questions we had or fix any problems we incurred. Apartment was comfortable and just across street from grocery store and many restaurants.
